I found Sam's Sparkle Shop online. I had an undetermined critter crawl into the engine of my car. I scheduled a steam cleaning of my engine and a hand wash for my car. Sam is a man of integrity, before he performed the service he told me he could not get the smell out of my car. Sam did a fantastic job, and referred me to my car insurance to get the duct work checked out to find the source of the smell. Thanks Sam, the smell is gone and my car insurance company paid for the cost.

Since purchasing my car, I have never had it detailed. Sam's Sparkle Shop was suggested by many and it was in Sparks which was ideal. They cleaned everything and by everything I meant every nook and cranny (and all the stubborn dog hair) I couldn't get if I were to do it myself. They forgot to put the cover back in my trunk because they were cleaning it, but Sam called me right away to let me know. Not a big deal at all. Would definitely go back.

I was so thankful to be able to meet the owner and have my car detailed here. I have four young kids and things happen, sometimes they throw up in the car. It's only happened to me twice and the first time I took it to another business that details vehicles and paid them to detail it to get the smell out specifically. When I picked the car up they had told me that the smell just was not going to go away but they were able to take a lot of it out. Though I was disappointed I had to accept it, but not this time thanks to Sam's sparkle shop. I had another incident like it, lucky me, and the smell would not go away no matter what I did. So I got connected with Sam's sparkle shop and I understood that you couldn't get the smell completely out but I was wrong. When I came to pick up the vehicle they went way beyond my expectations for a better price. The smell was gone and the owner showed me everything else that was included in the detail. WOW. I went here today to get the interior of my detailed and I'm so impessed!!! Sam, was so friendly and kind the second I walked in. My mom had given me a gift certificate to get my car cleaned there last Christmas and it was well spent. They did an AMAZING job cleaning the inside of my car. My cloth seats are a weird cloth material to where if I spill a little water on the seat, it stains. They were able to get out every stain on my seat that I've been trying to get rid of for years! I would recommend them to anyone that asked about a place for car detailing. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys so much again!!! I'm very pleased with my clean "new" looking car.

Sam's Sparkle is the best place in town to get a regular car wash, or

various levels of detail, all the way up to making a car look great. They'll even steam clean the engine compartment, as well as hand buff and wax, whatever you want.  They're very good at this stuff.  I highly recommend

How about six stars? If you'd seen the interior of my Prius before I dropped it off at Sam's you would have screamed "Nobody will take that!"  The last time it was detailed was nearly 4 years ago, and since then I'd sold nearly everything I owned, packed what was left into the car, and traveled to Death Valley, then down to Mexico where I practically lived out of it for 5 months, all the way down to Mexico City then back up through Texas and... well you get the picture. I brought it by and Sam gave me a super reasonable quote, then we set up an appointment. The day of service my car was so dirty it took an extra hour to clean it... yet Sam didn't charge me an extra cent. Great service and lots of integrity!  I dropped a $25 tip even, which I've never done before.  Highest recommendation!

The owner is a great guy!! I got the basic hand wash and interior clean and it was better than any car wash I've been to in Reno/Sparks!! It was cheaper too!! I left a $20 tip (for the $30 wash) because it was definitely worth it! Will be returning!

I missed the first appointment. Sam agreed to rescheduled for cleaning my Subaru front and rear seats.  Took a Lyft to Baldini's for breakfast. Returned within an hour. Wal-la Sam is amazing. You definitely have to call to arrange an appointment.  Prices are reasonable for the service. Will definitely return again. Give Sam's Sparkle Shop a call for a quote today. You won't find anyone as professional as him.

I LOVE AUTOMOBILES!  Anyone can go review a burger joint or taco shop...I'm here to give you the Gospel on businesses that hook up your ride.  I was referred to Sam's Sparkle Shop by one of his customers who has been using him for over 30 years!  I made an appointment over the phone with the Owner Sam.  I also learned Sam does car washes if you give him a few days notice.  So I dropped the Range Rover off around 730am, well before opening.  Sam was at the shop early ready to accept the vehicle...I like guys who are early birds.  Long story short, I got the full detail, I think it's the number 6.  Sam advised the Rover would be ready around 430 pm.  Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it that evening for pickup, No Problem.  Sam kept the Rover till the next day at his shop.  Picked it up the following day and what a sight.  The Rover looked NEW and This is a 10 year old vehicle folks with WHITE interior. He buffed and polished this baby.  If you live in the Reno-Sparks area go check out Sam's Sparkle shop for a great vehicle detail and great price, trust me I've been quoted double than what Sam charged me by multiple shops.  See attached photos, they speak for themselves.  Also if you've got a Land Rover vehicle Sam's shop is seriously less than a quarter mile from British 4x4 for all your mechanic Rover needs.  Talk about two birds one stone.  Thanks Sam

Wow! Sam's Sparkle Shop is top shelf! First, and foremost, Sam is gracious and generous. There was a misommunication about my appointment time, which very likely could have been my fault but Sam and his daughter were so accommodating and apologetic even though they likely had the appointment right. The work done on my truck is over the top amazing, I couldn't be more happy with the results! Sam and his staff are consummate professionals, and their customer service and appreciation is off the charts awesome. This Is THE place to take your vehicles to for detailing; hands down. Once again, we revisit Super Sam's Sparkle Shop.  This year the 2012 Audi was due for the number 6 detail, which is interior, exterior, engine, and power buffing on the paint.  The number 6 is the ultimate detail, which keeps the paint in pristine condition, with the harsh sun, snow, wind, and trash blowing around Northern Nevada this is a once a year maintenance you don't want to miss.

Called up Sam and made the appointment over the phone.  Dropped the car off to Sam around 730am on Monday.  Talked to Sam around 330pm on the phone and he advised the Audi was just being finished.  I appreciate Sam's attention to detail when he performs his magic at the Sparkle Shop.  Detail Shops that have to rush or are on the clock to finish and start multiple jobs miss important steps, this is why Sam's is a Five star joint.  In my opinion this is the Best Detailing Shop in the AREA!

I arrived at the Sparkle Shop just after 520pm and when I saw the Audi I could immediately tell the white paint appeared deeper, brighter, and freshly polished.  The Audi looked like a glowing bright white ice sickle is had so much gloss on the glacier white metallic paint.

My boo and I drive older cars folks, her car 8 years old, and mine 11.  There is no doubt Sam's Sparkle Shop is the place to take your vehicles to keep them looking great!
